We want you to feel confident enrolling in our CE courses. Here is our refund policy:
Full Refund: A full refund is available if requested within 48 hours of enrollment and prior to accessing any course module.
50% Refund: A 50% refund is available if requested within 48 hours of enrollment after accessing one or more course modules but prior to completing the post-assessment quiz.
No Refund: No refund will be issued after the post-assessment quiz has been completed or a CE certificate of completion has been issued.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access course content due to a verified platform error, a full refund or full course credit will be issued at your discretion, regardless of the above timeframes.
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at assistant@sohma.org within the applicable timeframe. Include your full name, license number, course name, and date of enrollment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation.
